The fastest way to reach the team behind education.kalmausam.in is email:

Email: support@kalmausam.in

We read every message and normally reply within 2–5 business days. Writing a clear subject line (for example, “Correction request” or “Privacy request”) helps us route your message faster.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, help is available right now, free and confidential. Call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or chat at 988lifeline.org. You can also text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line. For mental health or substance use treatment referrals, SAMHSA’s National Helpline is 1-800-662-4357. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.

What to Contact Us About

  • Corrections. If something in an article is wrong or out of date, tell us which article and which statement. We take corrections seriously; the process is described in our Editorial Policy.
  • Privacy requests. To exercise any of the rights described in our Privacy Policy — access, deletion, objection, or an advertising opt-out question — email us with the subject line “Privacy request.”
  • Copyright. Notices of claimed infringement and counter-notices should follow the steps on our DMCA / Copyright Policy page.
  • Advertising questions. Ads on this site are served programmatically through networks such as Google AdSense; we do not sell placements directly and do not accept sponsored posts.
  • General feedback. Suggestions for topics we should explain, or ways an article could be clearer.

What We Cannot Help With

Please do not send us questions about your own diagnosis, treatment, medication, insurance claim, or legal situation. We are not clinicians, lawyers, or insurance advisors, and we cannot give individual advice — not because we do not care, but because doing so by email would be irresponsible. Communications with us are not confidential or privileged, and emailing us creates no professional relationship of any kind.

For your own situation, the right doors are: a licensed clinician in your state for medical questions; your plan documents and your state Department of Insurance for coverage questions; and a licensed attorney or your local legal aid office for legal questions. Every article on this site ends with a section pointing to free, official sources of help for its topic.

Response Expectations

We are a small independent publisher, not a call center. There is no phone support. Complex correction requests can take longer than five business days if they require re-verifying sources, but we will acknowledge your message either way.
